Usui Reiki is a hands-on healing modality which can be used on self or given to others (including your pets).  Reiki, (pronounced "ray key"), is actually two Japanese words: "Rei" means universal life and "ki" means energy. Reiki facilitates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

The flow of Reiki energy is cannot be manipulated and is directed by the recipient, not by the practitioner. Every Reiki experience is different; you change constantly as does your experience. Reiki works in concert with and is part of integrative medicine.
